I’ve had an awful experience with Spa Moment. I purchased three aspect Dr soothing balm products from their online shop but only received two of these products. Moreover, my attempts to contact them via email and their website contact page were completely ignored. I am submitting a complaint via PayPal and thus do not recommend purchasing any products from their shop.
