The place itself was lovely and clean, so points for that! Unfortunately, the massage was… an experience. I’m a massage therapist myself, so I wasn’t expecting miracles, just a decent massage. Instead, I got what felt like a live demonstration of multitasking. My therapist was massaging me with one hand while texting with the other, and carrying on conversations with colleagues in the next room like I wasn’t even there. Please contact me. I have called and messaged both numbers I was given for the manager(s) of this practice. I asked specifically if you were registered with NIB before proceeding with a massage, but my claim was declined as you are not registered.

I *almost* didn't visit due to the poor 1 star reviews and I am very glad that I gave it a chance. I have ongoing back, neck and shoulder issues in the wake of a back injury and one of the few reliefs are Chinese massages. I was passing through Canberra in September when I had a bad flare up which is what brought me to this Spa Massage.
