The place itself was lovely and clean, so points for that! Unfortunately, the massage was… an experience. I’m a massage therapist myself, so I wasn’t expecting miracles, just a decent massage. Instead, I got what felt like a live demonstration of multitasking. My therapist was massaging me with one hand while texting with the other, and carrying on conversations with colleagues in the next room like I wasn’t even there. Had a ‘walk in’ 60 min relaxation massage yesterday and I am happy to say it was the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ll be back again. Thank you.
Please contact me. I have called and messaged both numbers I was given for the manager(s) of this practice. I asked specifically if you were registered with NIB before proceeding with a massage, but my claim was declined as you are not registered.
