I was victimized by the aesthetician Stephanie and received no apology or anything. Absolutely appalling, I will never step foot in this establishment because of her and will communicate what happened to me to all friends and family so they avoid what I endured after my service here. To think I spent over $300 and was treated horribly, just disgusting.
The spa was amazing. Was not crowded and was very enjoyable. Robes and shoes and attire for certain services were provided. I highly recommend the body scrub. It gets you super clean. I highly recommend for couples, or even an all girls or guys trip.

Two visits in two days—both a headache. Yesterday, there was a mix-up with my service and the manager promised me $25 off my next visit. No voucher was given, but I trusted their word. Today I came back, only to be told there was “no record” of that conversation in the slightest and that I supposedly took $10 off yesterday instead. That’s a lie—my receipt shows I was charged $108 for a $90 day pass (And I can prove it).
