Great Hotel rooms are like mini Latin styled condos. Fireplaces, whirlpool all the good stuff. Most rooms are literally jumping distance from a pool. Go during the winter months, the desert gets up to 120s in summer

La Quinta Resort & Club is first class! If you are looking for sunshine, relaxation and pampering, this is the place! You feel like you are secluded in your own little paradise. Swimming, tanning, and wonderful restaurants to choose from. If you leave the hotel, you have a number of shops and restaurants to choose from within a five mile radius. Nice hiking trails in the area too. This is an excellent spot for a second honeymoon!

so luxurious This is the place to relax and by pampered. The grounds are lush and full of gorgeous blooming flowers. The gym is super nice and clean. You can play croquet on the lawn or sip cocktails by one of the many pools. It's paradise, really. Perfect for couples or families.

Classic luxurious resort This is the only place we stay at when we come to the desert. Movie stars frequented La Quinta when it was first built in the 1920s. We love staying in the "old" section - the individual bungalows - be sure to get one with a fireplace, even if you come during the summer. They have a huge number of swimming pools and hot tubs, tennis courts (including a clay one) and two restaurants on-site so you never have to get in your car once you arrive. Definitely world class.

Breathtaking! This resort is incredible! Tucked up against the mountains makes it absolutely gorgeous! The golfing is amazing & the resort experience exceeded my expectation. I don't normally golf but I did this time & was glad I did. The spa was probably the nicest I've ever been to. Because this resort is up against the mountains, I felt like it was more private & secluded. Although it is a bit more than many of the other resorts in the area, it is definitely worth it!

Best Resort in the Desert La Quinta is by far the best resort in the desert. This resort sits on a lot of acres. Each Casitas (your room) is very spacious and decorated like a Hacienda. Many include kitchens. They singles, one bedrooms and two bedroom. They boast of 52 swimming pools on the property, so you are never over crowded. It really makes for a relaxing vacation. They have a wonderful Mexican restaurant on the property, as well as a full spa, and tennis courts, so there is no need to leave.
