Michelle has been servicing our hot tub for about a year. She is always pleasant to interact with and does an excellent job on my spa. Two thumbs up for her great work! David Smith did some technical work on our house tub last week. I was truly impressed with how timely he was, and how efficient he was. He contacted another technician to come out after he was done with his work and he had the whole process streamlined so my hot tub was up and running by that night. Great work david!

I had a mother board put in my hot tub they were so overpriced he told me I also needed a pump after 2 weeks they never ordered it and when I got mad he told me to part ways the worst company I ever delt with and I priced around so overpriced check around before you use them
This was my second purchase of a hot tub, not sure which way to go on the second one….had a few concerns but Isabel answered all my questions and allowed me to inspect the inside of the hot tub because she knew I do most of my maintenance myself. She was really considerate and helpful. Isabel was great. With installation, the crew was fantastic but I had a flaw with my pavers, the crew very sympathetic and gave me advice, I got the pavers fixed, Robert and Brent came back to finished the installation with a stand up job.
