This was my second purchase of a hot tub, not sure which way to go on the second one….had a few concerns but Isabel answered all my questions and allowed me to inspect the inside of the hot tub because she knew I do most of my maintenance myself. She was really considerate and helpful. Isabel was great. With installation, the crew was fantastic but I had a flaw with my pavers, the crew very sympathetic and gave me advice, I got the pavers fixed, Robert and Brent came back to finished the installation with a stand up job. Repairman , Cody , was on time ,and very courteous and very professional . Our vita -spa pump replacement was completed without any problems . Cody help me read the water test strips ,and explained what the different measurements on the strips meant . Job well done,. Thank You for Excellent Service .
David is extremely knowledgeable and professional every time he comes to repair my spa! I would only use spa kingdom for my spa!
