We bought the Vita Spa Prestige and couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. Robert and crew delivered within the given time frame, were professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to set it up properly and explain everything thoroughly, even to the point of noticing a small crack on the exterior panel which they are replacing at no cost. 10/10 I would recommend Spa Kingdom again.
One week ago this past Saturday I went to spa kingdom. I was looking for a part for a swim spa parts and service was closed. I asked the young lady if I could leave a my information and what I was looking for and have someone call me. Well here we are a week later and no call and to top it all off it was bought from them. Never again piss poor.
Exceptional service!! Matt was very informative and knowledgeable while helping us with our hot tub purchase. He even taught us a few things about hot tubs we didn't know, even though we had previously owned one for years! Leann was also very helpful and friendly. On installation day the installers made quick work of a big job, in and out in little time, with no mess. Our new hot tub was up and running by the end of the day. Great experience overall.
The purchase / sale was OK. Exception was not reading the boiler plate contract where you agree to pay when spa is received at Spa Kingdom, not when installed. When you pay 100% up front you have no leverage. Installation was severely delayed waiting for recommended sub contractors to do their job. Ended up hiring a different sub for Spa Pad and had it done a week later. And they did an excellent job.
