Extremely incompetent company. They destroyed my pool heater by failing to maintain the proper chemical balance. They refuse to refund me for unused services after I fired them. STAY FAR AWAY. IMMORAL COMPANY

We recently bought a spa from spa kingdom. Isabel was great in helping us choose our spa and Robert and Brent was great with the installation. We are very happy with spa kingdom and will recommend them to everyone looking for a spa.

Love my new hot tub from Spa Kingdom. The three 3.0 hp pumps really let you feel the jets. Isabel was great! She helped me pick out the right spa for me and then coordinated between my contractor and electrician to make sure everything was installed properly and on time.

We had an amazing experience with this company from start to finish. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. The sales team was knowledgeable, patient, and truly great to work with! The installation team was just as impressive: professional, nice and everything was done with great attention to detail.
