I was having difficulties booking an appointment online, so I went in to the spa desk and they got me an appointment for that day. I had a 50 min Pedicure with Linda, who was incredibly fantastic. She was so kind and helpful, and even gave me a small container of sugar scrub to take home as it was my favorite part! She also showed me the salt room, and I ended up staying in there after my appointment. It was the best part of my trip, I was so relaxed I fell asleep!! Just got done the Halotherapy salt room and it was just a cold room with salt walls, they asked in the beginning for a tip and we did because we figured the attendant might actually do something more than tell you where the room was and provide booties. Other salt rooms are a far superior experience and you can feel that you’re in a salt room, you should be walking out with salt on you and this was nothing like that. I’m highly disappointed that I made time to go there and actually spent money on it. Total scam.

My experience at Kalahari was amazing. I have to praise the women at the front desk welcoming me especially Jeannine. She went above and beyond to make sure my experience was a 10/10. She was kind and professional, she is everything you’d want in an employee. She made my experience wonderful and I will definitely come back because of her service.
