Always get great service here! The services are pricey, but completely on line with a high end spa!
Clearly they’re not interested in keeping their customers since no one answers the phone whenever I attempt to call & book services. Used to love this place. Even last time I attempted to reach out to a manager after numerous failed phone call attempts & it took her 3 to 5 business days to get back to me. I had a wonderful experience at the Kalahari Resort Spa. The atmosphere was beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. My massage was excellent, and the staff were amazing—professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. The spa amenities were fantastic. I especially enjoyed the relaxing jacuzzi and the quiet room, which provided the perfect space to recharge. They also have both a sauna and a steam room, adding to the overall experience.
