Update. Spa management said they would refund unused service monies or transfer the balance to Deka Lash studio. I will update when money is transferred.
I have been a loyal customer for years but just found out the spa is closed for 6 months for renovations when I called for my monthly appointment. No notice, no email, no call no heads up a month ago when I was there. I purchased facial and dermobrasion packages and have services remaining. Trying to get my money back
