I went to Spa Heaven last night and had a 60 minute Nature Body Work with Andy. He has a lot of great qualities but they are useless because while he was doing the massage he was on his phone and not only that he left 6 times during the hour. When we were done he asked for a $15 tip and in total it cost me $75, even though he left 6 times which I previously mentioned.
I had a male massage therapist named Andy, he’s an older guy which based on his techniques, had years of experience. Right amount of pressure, not too harsh like most asian massage places, not too soft as well so to give some relieving firm strokes. The reason why I left 4 stars is because of the constant interruption from other masseuses who keeps on asking him stuff. I know they are busy today but at least try to keep those voices down. I had been here once a few years ago and my partner and I both enjoyed the massage. I just returned and had a massage by someone, I didn’t get her name but she was the only woman working there today. The massage was bad, and she charged me $60 for the hour instead of the $45 that the sign indicated due to “tax for using a card.” Then she claimed there was a $10 minimum tip. No signs indicated either policy. I will not be back.
