Booked an 11:30am appointment for my dad to get a massage on Father’s Day. He was running late so he called the front desk to inform them. Upon arrival he was greeted by a very rude, unprofessional, disgusting older lady at the front. She was speaking at him in a loud, and nasty tone telling him he would only be able to receive a 20 minute massage due to him being late.
