I went to the spa two weeks ago and requested a lymphatic massage, but I didn’t receive what I was expecting. I understand that lymphatic drainage is a gentle-touch technique, but in my case, the actual massage component was completely missing — the therapist didn’t even use any cream or oil during the session. This used to be one of the fanciest spas I ever went to. It was my go to spa since 2012. Unfortunately, it now looks dingy, run down and not well maintained. The cabins need love and care (fresh paint and deep clean would be nice). In the waiting area, the fountain was not turned on and we were not offered chocolate covered strawberries or drinks as I was previously given in my past visits and as per their advertisement. I am just visiting montreal and came across this place on google. I have never been to a spa where they give you a full room with a shower in it, towel, slippers, robe, everything you need to just leave my things at and feel refreshed, it was an absolute enhanced experience! Everyone here was so kind and helpful. I loved it here! TIME THEFT ALERT! I’ve been a regular at Spa Diva since 2021 and today they’ve completely ruined my anniversary. I booked a couple’s massage for 90 minutes at 2:45 pm and showed up 10 min late at 2:55 (yes my bad). By the time we were on the massage table, it was probably 3:05. At 4:10pm, only 65min later, my masseuse told me the massage has finished.
