Je déconseille fortement Spa Diva pour la pédicure, PLUS JAMAIS. La pire expérience au monde !!! Fuyez ! J’avais réservé une épilation des aisselles 24.95$ (qui s’est très bien passée) et un «Spa Diva Shellac Polish Pedicure & Removal» 94.95$ (une CATASTROPHE !!!!). Ce traitement comprend : 1. un retrait du vernis Shellac déjà sur les orteils : aucun outils pour le retrait, À part du papier alu et de l’acétone. This is the worse spa ever. The lady at the reception is ill mannered and hung up on my face. Terrible attitude. We will never recommend this spa to anyone ever. We work I. Tourism and we will never recommend you.
Stay away!!! Except if you are looking for a shitty stressful experience. Customer service at the reception is completely unprofessional. You would think that a SPA located in a reputable location would operate better. From the booking system to the individuals answering the phones, the. To the arrogance of their front desk staff.
