So I basically ripped my rear Derailleur off my fat bike in the woods. I went in with the thing hanging off at 5:00pm on a Tuesday. 45 minutes later, new hanger and a Used Deore long cage with adjustment were in place. Better than new. Pricing was awesome too. Then spent the next 45 talking bike trails with the owner. Just go there...

Spa City is going out of business! They aren't paying their suppliers, won't return phone calls. If you want to purchase a Borealis give us a call and we will sell to you without the dealer margin! At the moment the bikes Spa City purchased from Borealis are considered stole. If you purchased a Borealis from Spa City you have purchased stolen merchandise. These bikes won't be under warranty and if you contact us we will request the bikes be returned. Suggest returning the bikes to Spa City for a full refund.

Tony was awesome to work with in our bike purchasing experience. My wife was looking for a new hybrid bike and Tony took the time to explain the pros and cons of the available Scott bike he had on display. After comparing Spa City with a larger neighboring bike shop with a larger staff and inventory, we decided to stick with the Scott. Tony barely charged us anything for a fancy kickstand installation, and even offered to build a second bike in a smaller size if we wanted to make a change.
