Me and my fiancé live all the way in Cleveland but came down to Lake Eerie to stay the Wave hotel. It was a package deal to get a massage at Spa Catawba. It was very peaceful and my masseur was very friendly. She had a gentle but firm touch. I have really bad lower back pain due to work so she knew how to ease the pain. The locker room and waiting room was beautiful. I think they can maybe put a shoe rack in the locker room for people who want to leave their outside shoes on, rather than to put it in the locker itself.

We just visited this weekend for two massages. Upon booking our appointment on the phone with Katie, she mentioned that if we came 30 minutes before our appointment, we would get a complimentary mimosa. I even repeated and asked her to make sure when we were on the phone. I remember laughing and saying well we will be there well before to get our complimentary mimosa! 🤣 We arrived for our appointment, she checked us in and inquired if we wanted a mimosa.
