My husband and I received a couples massage. I communicated with them well in advance that I was pregnant, and I wanted to make sure my services would be appropriate. I don’t think my technician had any idea how to properly service someone who is pregnant. The amenities charge is pretty ridiculous (see what other reviewers have mentioned about subpar sauna and snacks). I would not personally go back and wouldn’t readily recommend the spa to others.
This experience was not what I expected. Didn’t seem very professional, they opened the doors 15 min after our spa time was booked and they didn't really great us properly, They just said sorry we are late, and then they didn't tell us what to do or where to go when we arrived. We filled out the paperwork and then went back into the cold spa room with divided curtains. We had a group spa day and it was wonderful! Very relaxing atmosphere and the staff was very accommodating! Our group enjoyed a fabulous massage, facial and foot soak! We will definitely be returning in the future!
The massage was great but the “spa” was a few rooms in a basement with water “fountains” really just faucets to block out the noise from upstairs. The glass walled Infrared sauna was in the middle of the waiting area no privacy. The 20% up charge for facilities was for water and packages of pretzels and Famous Amos cookies. Absolutely over priced and not worth the money at all
My friend and I had the foot soak and more treatment. The atmosphere is lovely, the girls were very nice and it was a very pleasant experience
