Laura has "magic hands" from God. I am so happy I found her! The Spa is always clean and tidy and the ambience is so relaxing. I would give it a 10 if I could.

The massage itself was very nice. She did a great job and was very kind. However, I can't give it more than three stars on account that it is not at all handicap accessible. When I scheduled my appointment, I was assured that it was accessible to me. I use a rollator or wheelchair depending on the day. The building has a 4+ inch step up to get inside, and everything is narrow and hard to navigate with a mobility aid. I wish she had been more transparent about that.
