I love this place. It is s little pricy but as a gift for someone stressed, it is really worth it.

Comfortable, cozy & most important privacy. Spa is amazing. Private rooms with showers, change of clothes & restroom.

This spa is far from the expectations you have of something at a JW hotel. No locker room, amenities, rest room, etc. There are showers in the massage rooms but you’re not allowed to shower before the massage (I had just come from working out) and they recommended not showering after (I assume to get you out of the room). My massage was scheduled for 10 am. I get there at 9:40 am and no one could be found. Someone finally walked out at 9:59 to check me in and said they said the therapist would be out shortly to get me. I ask... read more

My two daughters and I came in for the facial/body scrub or massage special they have online. We were able to be service at the same time. The experience was wonderful. The attention to detail and pampering we received was much appreciated. We'll be back soon!
