Everything was great the service my husband and I received was expectacular I loved all the accommodations and like we arrived early they took us to the room where we change in to a robe and there's a shower for you to use after you are done. Lisa and Brianna did a wonderful job they where very kind and made sure we where happy with there service and of course I didn't want to leave. I will recommend this spa to everyone I know.
I love this place. It is s little pricy but as a gift for someone stressed, it is really worth it.
Comfortable, cozy & most important privacy. Spa is amazing. Private rooms with showers, change of clothes & restroom.
This spa is far from the expectations you have of something at a JW hotel. No locker room, amenities, rest room, etc. There are showers in the massage rooms but you’re not allowed to shower before the massage (I had just come from working out) and they recommended not showering after (I assume to get you out of the room). My massage was scheduled for 10 am. I get there at 9:40 am and no one could be found.
