My massage started 25 minutes late due to paperwork and ended early, so I received much less time than scheduled, with no access to spa amenities. I wasn’t aware the delay would shorten the service, and when I reached out afterward, there was no resolution. Overall, the experience didn’t match the price point. If you’re looking for a true luxury spa day, the Ritz has consistently offered better service and amenities in my experience.
Steven my massage therapist was fantastic. Highly recommend asking for his deep tissue massage. Spa was beautiful as well.
Sorry but this spa shouldn’t even be listed as a spa . No steam or sauna room .. the pool is small and narrow not a lot of room to walk around . But the staff was amazing
Ife did an AMAZING job curating my experience. She made me feel so welcome and was very knowledgeable about the spa. She checked on me throughout the time I was there and truly made me feel at home. I will be returning because of her!
