Sorry but this spa shouldn’t even be listed as a spa . No steam or sauna room .. the pool is small and narrow not a lot of room to walk around . But the staff was amazing
Ife did an AMAZING job curating my experience. She made me feel so welcome and was very knowledgeable about the spa. She checked on me throughout the time I was there and truly made me feel at home. I will be returning because of her!

I had the best massage of my life today with Nila Patel at the JW Marriott in Charlotte. Nila’s experience and expertise was incredible. I don’t know what she did but my back was so tight when I went in and I walked out feeling amazing and so much taller and straighter. I’m going to book her every time I come to Charlotte
