My wife and her best friend were treated to a spa date for the best friend's birthday. The overall experience was excellent except for a single experience with a rude, young girl at the check in desk. She was condescending in her responses, but after they got past her, the rest was excellent!
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Spa Brasada over Valentine’s Day weekend. My husband booked two 60-minute massages for us well in advance, yet when we arrived, I was not given the service I had scheduled. After checking in and filling out my intake form, which stated I was getting a massage, I was escorted back by a staff member. I changed out of my clothes and into a robe. The whole staff at the spa is exceptional. Jessica was fantastic for my 60min massage today. The service is second to none. I can’t say enough nice things.
