Noshua and Keesha are hands down a great massage therapy team! Noshua completed the essential back scrub massage and it was absolutely awesome. I’ve never had a massage that felt so wonderful and necessary. I fell asleep and awoke feeling so rested and my back hasn’t felt itchy at all. I will be returning for her services and she’s a kind soul. Thank you Noshua! Keesha completed a lymphatic massage and let me tell ya, this was therapeutic too! I visited this spa this past weekend while I was a guest at the Embassy Convention Center in Concord, NC. This spa is a very nice hidden gem! They’ve been here for 7 years and I never knew about it. They are clean and very accommodating. After checking in, you’re taken to the locker room that is nicely decorated and given a plush robe and slides to change in. Haven't been here but saw there prices. Why do I have to pay 20% tip even before service. Isn't tip meant to be based on quality of service and as per customer satisfaction?
I had a phenomenal experience with my prenatal massage! The staff were all exceptionally kind and polite, which really made me feel relaxed. There are a variety of snack and drink options available while you wait, including several types of tea and coffee, which was a huge plus as an always-hungry pregnant lady. It was awesome not having to leave the hotel to feel pampered. If I'm ever in the Charlotte/Concord area again, I would definitely book here again!
Jennifer did wonders. She listened to my areas when I needed work and when she was done the felt nothing but relief. I honestly haven't felt this good in a long time. Definitely going back.
