My wife and I recently enjoyed massages at Spa Botanica in Concord, NC, and the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we felt like royalty. I would give 0 stars if allowed! Never encountered such a selfish money driven business. I had a couple massage scheduled for my wife’s birthday. I was sick throughout the night with food poising. When I woke up I called the spa to see if we could reschedule for the following weekend. Donna, stated that they would not cancel and would refuse for me to be seen since I was “sick”. Outstanding service- always professional. The manager and team went above and beyond when a scheduling error occurred for my pregnant daughter. Cannot recommend them enough!
I had an appointment with Noshua and she was amazingggg! I am a whimp when it comes to pressure on my body just because of how much tension it holds but Noshua was able to work out those kinks without making me cry for my mama. I will definitely be booking her again!
