Language snd communication seems to be a challenge. They made an appointment for me for a shellac change I was very clear on what I wanted. I showed up for my appointment they were confused and had apparently made a mistake and double booked. They removed my shellac and sent me on my way no apology no accountability and still confused about what happened. To top it off Jessica in trying to help was rude with bad attitude. First time at this place. Great service, reasonable prices the girls took me as a walk in with no appointment even though they were very busy at the moment. Thank you! Definitely will be back
If only zero stars was an option ! Only place I go get my pedicure and so disappointed, my 60$ pedicure is costing me hundred of dollars for the fungus on my toes . I’m so disgusted and upset ! Terrible , terrible , terrible. ! Patrons BEWARE
