Extremely disappointed with my service here. I was a first time client, my husband booked me a 90 minute custom facial for my 40th birthday. During the entire service, probably five words were exchanged between myself and the therapist. She didn't know my name, didn't ask me to fill out a form, ask what my needs where? Given this was a custom facial, I at least expected a consultation of some sort. I received a massage as a New Year gift certificate and it turned out to be an amazing experience. The therapist was skilled, the atmosphere was relaxing, and I left feeling refreshed and renewed. I genuinely enjoyed the session and would gladly come back again.
Great massages, great customer service! Tried all the other places around Tsawwassen, either overpriced or quality isn’t even close! Love this place!
