I came in originally just looking for some temporary relief from lower back pain with a hot stone massage, but I’m so glad I met Robert. After discussing my pain points, he quickly realized that hot stones weren’t what I actually needed. It was my first time here getting a facial and April was great! The front desk was friendly and the shop to the spa is set up cute. I've already made my next facial appointment.
Showed up at 4p for a sauna appointment to find out it wasn't ready. It's easy to go back and turn it on but they forgot about it and weren't the most apologetic. Lady at the front desk acted like it was inconvenience to be more accommodating. Very disappointed because I come here all the time, but the service at the front desk is not consistent or the most friendly.
Always good service for 15 plus years!
