I have been going to the spa at oasis ever since it opened. The owner is well known in this community and gives back so much to our community in Brockport. I have nothing but great things to say about the owner and staff. Loved my nails and tanning each time. I do know a situation had to be taken care of and was that unfortunately lead to the bad review that is farthest from The truth of Oasis or the owner. This salon is class all the way- Jamal is so kind -and takes time to really know her clients. The salon is always spotless and she is so sweet- puts candy and cookies out for guests. She is generous and would help out anyone who was in need-has donation boxes-food pantry drop off. This lady deserves every bit of success she has. My family and I have been customers of Spa at the Oasis for years. We tan there and also get our hair and nails and eyebrows done. Never in all of the time that we’ve been going there have we ever experienced anything but absolute perfection. Every single person that works there is kind , courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I started going to the salon after my longtime hair stylists started working here. I have been with my stylist for 20 + years and I kind of had a little hand in getting her recruited to this salon. After some drama at the salon with the owner and an employee that ended with the employee quitting, you could tell the atmosphere in the salon changed for the worse.
