The hotel itself was excellent. Beautiful property, clean, affordable, and overall a great stay. The spa, however, was easily the biggest disappointment. My wife and I booked a couples massage because the reviews were fantastic. After our experience, I can only assume there was a recent change in management or staffing because the newer negative reviews suddenly make perfect sense.
