Basked in the hydrotherapy wellness leisurely experience! Loved the diverse water treatments, cozy robes and fluffy towels. The Spa boutique offers an array of luxurious beauty products, etc. and is sparkling clean, with the exception of overflowing garbage in the change room. The rooms are absolutely lovely with every single detail thought of right on the main drag of Niagara on the Lake. The parking and check in was very easy. Very comfortable beds and a cozy fireplace to name a few. The hydrotherapy spa is really well done with all the details of a real Scandinavian spa including eukalyptus steam room.sauna, salt and mineral pools, and a snow room! Only one shower working in ladies change room. Water issues at this spa. Could only get very hot water. Couldn’t get cold to come on. Visited two weeks in a row the first visit was earlier in the morning, so it wasn’t so busy and quite enjoyed it but the second visit we went in the afternoon. It was quite busy so it gets very loud. It’s not a large spa, but it does the trick.
Two hours of wonderful relaxation
Wonderful spa experience. Their hydrotherapy circuit was so relaxing and space was beautiful and clean. The massage was one of the best I have had and would definitely return.
