Terrible experience / service. My daughter went for a trim and the hairdresser cut 10 inches off her hair. My daughter asked the hairdresser why she cut so much of her hair off and the hair dresser was extremely rude with her. Spoke with management, they wanted to rectify by offering gift certificate to have her hair done for prom by a different stylist. Now not responding for appointment
Had a haircut and everything was great. The price was inexpensive vs other places and it even included a hair wash, so no annoying hairs to deal with after. I've already booked my next cut with them and I'll be trying some of their other services soon.
The worst hair cut I have ever had in my entire life. I paid 31 CAD ( web site says that is included wash&cut) however she did even spray water on my hair. My hair is not even proportional. So now, I have to find a real barbershop to fix it. I do not know about women's hair cut, men's is the worst ever.
