I was lucky enough to try the outdoor, indoor and eco pools here. The outdoor pool is gorgeous, you can have table service from Balihoo (recommended). The tiles are really something, it's all one level too so no deep end. They have dedicated times for adults only. The indoor pool is well heated, and a warm welcome after a plunge in the freezing cold eco pool - which is a must do when you're there! It's very, very cold but as I tell myself, you only live once! Really excellent SPA. I had a back, neck and shoulder massage one day and another day the mint foot scrub. Couldn't fault either. Pool was good, both indoor and outdoor. I like the way they have adult only times and owner only times as well. The sauna and steam rooms are a little basic and could be nicer, but they do the job. We'll be back!
This place is my idea of heaven. Both the massage and facial I had was wonderful and so was the swim in the pool Which was immaculate. Going to visit for an over night stay. The 6 hours I was there wasn’t quiet long enough
I had the pre natal mother Gaia massage today. I think to call it a massage is an overstatement. It was more of a glorified body rub.. I had highlighted area of pain and stress to the therapist at the start during the consultation, she did not work or even focus on those areas. Not entirely sure what the point of that consultation was in that case. Furthermore when she started I asked for more pressure than the 'rub' I was experiencing to which she had replied as it's pregnancy massage she can't put anymore pressure... This ... read more
Had a pregnancy massage. Was really lovely. The lady that did it even gave advice on how to help with my restless legs. And my c section scar. She was amazing. Friendly and was always making sure I was warm and comfortable.
