I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I too have a $200 GIFT CARD, and seems they"temporarily closed". Any one interested in gathering together, and contact TV station and have them do an investigative story??
Purchased a couple hundred dollars worth of gift certificates pre-Covid. Now, it seems like the spa is closed for good (with a "for sale" sign out front). I can't imagine how many folks purchased gift certificates last holiday season that are going unused.
Never used gift card before they closed. No communication as to when they might reopen or if they're offering refunds.
