I had one of the best experiences at this spa. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, and the facilities are absolutely beautiful—creating a peaceful atmosphere that brings you to a state of deep relaxation. I tried the facial service, and it was amazing. I truly loved every part of the experience.
I was very disappointed. I purchased a gift certificate for my mom in September for the 50 minute session. When my mom goes today they called me saying I have a 25.00 balance. Prices have changed and it was the weekend. None of these were explained when I purchased. The manager Natalie was none accommodating at all. She just wanted my method of payment. If he price is one thing when you buy it I feel it should have been honored. Bad business
I’m a spa girlie and this spa did not disappoint! Beautiful spa and wonderful services. I’ll be visiting again!
