Sad when they "accidently" book someone in your spot and then when my friend goes to message them on fb they say "what a b*#$%. No apology just getting blocked on fb. Not very professional if you ask me

They double booked a client, instead of apologizing and trying to fix it... They left her in the hallway, then when they finally messaged her back they told her to have a good night and they would message to the next morning.... Then sent a text that said "What a Bit*ch" 😮😮😮🤬🤬🤬
I feel like they deserve zero stars after failing to properly schedule a client then taking it out on the client and calling them inappropriate things, just because they can't admit and fix their mistake properly. All they will do is call you names and pretend it didn't happen by deleting comments and their Facebook.

BEST massage/facial EVER! Tina & Sara were wonderful. I had the fassage and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was very calming. The spa itself was immaculate. Anyone looking for the perfect gift for someone (or yourself), I highly recommend going to The Spa at Fort Smith. Both ladies were extremely nice and professional.
