We had an amazing experience at the Spa in the middle of our ski trip. Great location. Amazing facility. My wife and I both got magnesium melt massages. Great experience. Highly recommend.
Terrible costumer service over phone
Came her with daughter on a September Sunday using a great Groupon deal. Had the place to ourselves! Our massage services were excellent (we always regret not doing more than an hour) The charter appears to be finishing up a renovation of common areas and rooms. It's looking nicely updated. The indoor lap pool and spa tub are beautiful- as out the outside pools and 3 hot tubs. The locker room/shower/changing/ quiet room areas were very clean and cared for. Service was fantastic. Would absolutely not recommend if you’re pregnant. I called to book a massage and facial and explained that I’m at the beginning of my 2nd trimester. The woman on the phone was very kind and assured me that wasn’t an issue and that she would make a note for the other staff. Fast forward to the day of my appointment.. once the massage therapist, Florence, was finished offering add-on products, she asked if I had any areas I’d like to focus on today.
