I want to share that my experience with the spa supervisor, Katy Hughes, was not at all what one would expect from a property of this caliber. I booked a day visit through ResortPass and, upon asking about spa services, was told, quite rudely, that guests paying $3,000 a night take priority. the waiting area is very soothing and the actual spa room overlooks the forest. a great experience! the massage itself was pretty good too. the price is honestly not bad at all for a resort like this

Sue was awesome! If you managed to get Sue as your massage therapist, the massage gods have answered your prayers bc she is one of the best. I've probably gotten hundreds of massages in my lifetime, and I would say Sue is top 5. Katy at the Front Desk was also helpful and knowledgeable. She gave us great recommendations on what to check out at the resort and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable! I can't wait to go back!
