Run by an extremely kind and vigilant owner. They treat their clients with care and are totally dedicated to making sure you have a comfortable experience. That’s not something I’ve experienced at many of the spas/salons in the area, so it was incredibly refreshing. Will be back next time I’m in the Hamptons !!
I saw Martha for a mani / pedi and she was exceptionally unpleasant not to mention unskilled. I asked for a round pedicure and I got a mixture of square and round not to mention one nail was glaringly uneven. I thought my manicure turned out ok only because I only needed them repainted but most of my nails were chipped 48 hours later. I shared feedback as they send a text asking for it and crickets. Not my first poor experience here but certainly my last.
Every time I get a pedicure here, I am so grateful. All the nail technicians—especially Rosa— are so careful, gentle, and sweet. The whole place has a great vibe. I alway have nice conversations, and my feet look so good when I leave. Thanks!
