I recently engaged Siobhan for a purchase. She is only good for straight forward settlements. If there's any issue, she's almost hopeless. This is the 5th property I'm buying in Australia, so I am speaking from experience. Addendum: Called, call was not answered.

We have used Siobhan from S&P Settlements a number of times and more recently when buying our new home and selling our existing property and she has been excellent at every step of the way. Incredibly responsive and great at answering any queries that we had during a rather stressful process. Would highly recommend.
