Terrrrrible customer service ! I waited longer than a Telstra call ! Tried to contact many times with no response. You just sit on hold for ages. Left voice messages and no reply Waited 3 weeks for a quote then I Had to rebook because they gave me 24 hrs notice of what time they were coming and I couldn’t make it. After me calling them 5 times to rebook they said next available was 3 weeks away Don’t waste your time
Not sure what is going on here. Was contacted for a measure and quote and organised for the 6th of Feb. 2 follow up phone calls and a text message later and still cannot get through. Waste of time and an absolute joke.
SP Screens have supplied us with two screen doors and a retractable window screen. All screens look as if they were always part of the building, they operate perfectly and the fit is precise. Corey fitted the screens efficiently and worked with us to find the best time. Corey is professional, friendly and relaxed and made the whole process easy.
Appalling service!!! Would not even give 1 star. The first installer measured and installed 1 sliding door incorrectly, so the door made an awful scraping noise and began to rub the powder coating off. A second door, he didn’t check the patio ceiling joist and on installation realized the door would only open a third of the way to which I had to fix the issue myself. From the time of making the appointment to the install we were kept in the loop by text and phone calls. Paul, the installer, was on time and very professional. The screens were fabricated to a high standard and the installation the same. Will definitely use this company again. Thanks guys 5 stars ⭐️
