Saanika provided a prompt and professional service that was proving difficult for us to find. We needed her notary services to notarize Self-proving Affadavits for our wills. We also needed two witnesses for the wills themselves. Within a day, Saanika arranged to have the two witnesses (both who also happened to be notaries) and a Notary to meet at our home. Saanika is reliable, helpful, and honest. It was very easy to schedule with her on the website and pay. I needed several documents notarized, I miscounted how many exactly I needed to pay for. She refunded me immediately after signing and even took my documents to a FedEx dropbox for free! She went the extra mile and sent me a video to prove she sent them. It was refreshing to work with her, so polite and gracious. Will definitely use her again when we need a notary.
She answered right away, met at the time she stated and was very knowledgeable about what we needed. Great customer service! We would definitely recommend her services!
