We had a set of blinds that was over 15 years old. They needed some new parts....Brent graciously searched his own stock, then contacted a supplier on our behalf for the needed parts. Amazing customer service in our day and age! Would not hesitate to recommend him for all your drapes and blinds needs!!

I installed hunter douglas blinds 17 years ago when I built my house. This October I went to Brent with a broken gear mechanism. Brent explained to me they discontinued that specific make and model and that the blinds were gauranteed for life. There were 5 sets all beside each other. Brent went work! I just picked up 5 new units, all under warranty! Unbelievable service in this day and age!
Very knowledgeable and efficient service
Stellar customer service and problem solving of drapes that had come with the house and had the track coming out of the roof; Brent took care of the drycleaning, showed me options to rehang/re-use the drapes (which were black out and heavy and wonderful!) and was trusted to do the install without me home. He provided me with pictures as soon as he was done, texted promptly and also picked up the phone with every call I had for him (granted they weren't many but the fact he just didn't let it go to voice mail, stood out).
