Has no morals or ethics. I sent them a letter regarding government bonds no response and no change in rating. They aren't neutral they are bias when it comes to ratings on government bonds. They are not a neutral rating agency. They need to lower the rating of USA Government bonds. 1 trillion every 3 months we are spending right now in USA
