I do not believe this place is open anymore...so maybe update this....
Got my daughters sweet 16 dress from there. It was perfect and they went above and beyond to make her feel like a princess
Horrible customer service
Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. The owner screamed at us when we questioned their policy for only allowing 3 dresses to be tried on while shopping. Screamed ! The store was empty, I understand the policy if it is crowded or someone is waiting on a fitting room. But, to be told trying on more than three dresses was a waste of their time when the store is empty? Wasting their time, 3 people working and 1 customer trying on dresses.
I had an excellent experience. My daughter dress turned out gorgeous.
