Tiffany is simply the best! If you want to be a healthier and stronger version of yourself with lasting changes Sozo is the place for you. I’ve had several injuries that physically had in me in a place I thought I’d never get back from much less get stronger. I’m functional again and doing things in the gym I never thought I’d be capable of. I’ve learned to trust my body again all thanks to Tiffany’s knowledge and dedication to her clients!!
Sozo’s is amazing!! Tiffany meets you where you are and helps you get to where you want to be! She has created a no judgement zone! An environment where working out is no competition, it’s everyone encouraging each other to do their best!!! She creates a specific plan for each individual, because we all have different needs and are on different levels. Thanks Tiffany for all you do, you are appreciated!
