I have been banking here for over 30 years. Great loan rates, knowledgeable staff, and way fewer fees than your standard bank. Also local, and they give back to the community.
I have been with FASECU and now Sovita since the '70's. I have a very low account number. They have always been easy to work with. Do much easier than my former bank.
Communication skills are null after they sign you up. If you have a loan you better not have any excuses for being late... just pay! You never get same person to talk to, or return calls. Looking for a place to take care of you... keep looking!
