RecommendedI just purchased "the Family Guide to Aromatherapy " from Sovereignty Herbs. Great read. Fabulously written. Easy for a lay person to understand and follow. Very helpful in understanding how to use essential oils in a safe and healthy way. I can't wait to try some of the recipes.
If you haven’t checked out the offerings of Sovereignty Herbs, you are missing out. Not only do these ladies teach some of the best classes in herbalism that I’ve encountered over the years (for all levels), they also make delightful hydrosols and other goodies. Do yourself a favor and buy something :-)
My experience was absolutely incredible! Allowed me to dive right into the work. I was guided into the wound lovingly and felt held and safe while I brought to the surface roots that were hidden deep. I cried!! My whole body was vibrating... I was shaking!!! I purged!!
