We have been using Sovereign since last July for transporting our elderly wheelchair bound mother to medical appointments. This is company is a team of very caring professionals from the office staff, to dispatch, and the most wonderful drivers. Thank you for what you do - you are worth 10 stars!
45 minutes late to pickup. Driver misunderstood need - no need for lift, etc. Driver GPS totally wrong - longest most arduous route. Driver would not take driving directrons for most direct route. Horrible experience.
