I stopped in to this wonderful establishment this afternoon to get someone to check the air in my tires . The young gentleman filled them and as I was leaving another sales associate ( Gentleman) noticed that my brake cables were hanging down and ran in and came back and fastened them with some zip ties . Great customer service and I didn’t even purchase anything. Every time try to get parts or answers they have kids in there that don’t knw anything about bike and want to sell another bike

Like a spa day for your bike (and your soul) Sovereign Cycle isn’t just a shop-it’s a vibe. The kind of place where your bike gets the TLC it deserves, and you leave feeling like maybe, just maybe, you're ready for that black diamond trail (or at least to look the part). No pressure, no attitude-just solid humans who know their stuff and genuinely want you to ride happy. 10/10 would loiter there again.
Super nice bike shop! They are very nice and friendly and helped me with all my questions. Definitely recomended!
