We're so lucky to have such amazing shops like Sovereign on the Westside. Knowledgeable, helpful staff, and ownership that clearly cares (helps with the first part). It's always a pleasure to shop here

I stopped in to this wonderful establishment this afternoon to get someone to check the air in my tires . The young gentleman filled them and as I was leaving another sales associate ( Gentleman) noticed that my brake cables were hanging down and ran in and came back and fastened them with some zip ties . Great customer service and I didn’t even purchase anything. Every time try to get parts or answers they have kids in there that don’t knw anything about bike and want to sell another bike
