I visited Sovereign Cycle because my bike was making some creaking noises that were really annoying me. The Google reviews were all true—the service team was very helpful in explaining what might be causing the noise. The technician, Lucas, thoroughly inspected everything from the front wheel hub to the bottom bracket and worked on the area that needed repair.
