2 Bad experiences with this company. 1st was when all paperwork was signed when salesman rushed in, and lowered the price agreed on for my trade in. 2nd. When my bank account was hacked and emptied, and I called to find another way to pay, the guy treated me like a criminal, wanting to charge extra fees, no sympathy, and very abrupt. Please don't ever go through this company they are rude and have no customer service especially Souraya she is the most rudest person i have ever dealt with. This company is owned by John Hughes as well.
Honestly this person doesn’t even deserve one star souraya or however you spell her damn name is so rude and should be be employed to work here, she has ZERO customer skills she never lets me speak when I need to she’s always talking over me and every time I try to say something she doesn’t believe me those are her exact work by the way she has told me she doesn’t believe me saying that I have a job. We had a car loan and it was fully paid off years ago . We tried to sell car on Saturday to a caryard they would not buy as Sovereign Credit have not lifted contract after nearly 2 years . Have certificate of completion from Sovereign and a thank you letter . The car yard can not purchase till these incompetent clowns lift the under contract .
