Zero Stars! Absolutely horrible. I was sick with the flu I sent my wife down there to make a mortgage payment they refuse to accept it. Their excuse was she's not listed on the mortgage. Check is in my name the mortgage bill is in my name: just take it there and drop it off for me.
Highly recommended!! We opened a money market savings/checking account because of the competitive rates and found Angelika Guzman, Lisa H. and the branch supervisor were super attentive and made us feel like family.
Santander customers just an fyi if your card is expiring soon - there is apparently a glitch in their system and once the new card has been issued if you use the old card (even if like me you still have a month until it expires) it activates the NEW card (which may still be in the mail) and your current card is useless even though it has not expired yet. I had a question that would've taken 10 minutes tops to remedy. The teller told me there's 2 associates, it shouldn't be long. I sat for 30 min before I had to leave without my important issue being solved. Since the doors are opened next to the waiting chairs, I heard what both issues were being handled. The customers in both rooms were 80+years old. 1 office talking personal lives about his sons, the other talking about her nails.
