I recently purchased a house from Walmer Homes. On the handover of the house, I had a few issues. The sales representative put me in contact with Southworth Construction. They sent a friendly member of their team to assess the issues and these all got corrected within the next follwing few weeks.

I'd avoid these guys like the plague. Whatever name they operate under, whether it be: Sherwood Homes, Prestige New Homes, Walmer Homes or now Southworth Construction, I'd seriously suggest you do not buy a house from them. They fold companies, and pop up new ones with different directors to dodge the system. We've had to spend thousands on rectifying shoddy, sub-standard work, including replacing an entire sewerage treatment plant. South worth construction/walmer homes prestige new homes/ whatever their calling themselves this week are a nightmare, think very carefully before buying from them. They have a long history of shoddy workmanship and breaking planning laws, leaving drainage systems that don't work etc then they disappear without trace only to pop up in a different locality to rip some more people off. Avoid or regret it

If you're interested in dealing with a company that commits fraud, has job adverts asking for company directors with a clean credit file and no experience to basically front companies that need to be created, then these are the guys for you. If you want to work for this company as a contractor and not be paid, if you want to feature on cowboy builders, rogue traders and watchdog - these are DEFINITELY the guys for you.
