I am not confident about buildings made by Christenson. I know people, myself included, that have experienced problems with their construction. Also, I just heard that one of their senior complexes had a lovely meeting room. Then, the meeting room was turned into another condo unit, much to the disappointment of some of the residences.
Once upon a time it seemed like a good place to live. My mother in law loaned Christenson over $300,000 for a life lease. They never did build the two other buildings the sales literature promoted so there was no aging in place, very few amenities and though they had limited in house meal prep the food is now trucked in The worst part is my mother in law had to terminate her life lease for dementia care.
