My mother has been at the Regency Southwood for over a year. Beautiful facility, friendly staff, but the food quality is abysmal. Poor nutrition, and often inedible.

My mom moved there in 2018 and loved her 2 years there. Staff and management were great; so was the food and amenities. A great place for family to visit and conveniently located a stroll away from Skaha Lake.

I would just like to send out our heartfelt thanks to the folks at Regency Southwood Retirement Resort in Penticton. The have an amazing staff and they are taking excellent care of our loved ones during this crazy time. In particular, I would like to thank Maureen P, for helping make my Mothers birthday as special as it could be considering the circumstances. Thank you Maureen and all of your great staff!
