Pooja was seriously amazing during the townhouse tour! She really made sure our move-in was super smooth and comfy. The well-kept grounds, along with the super friendly groundskeeper, totally added to the cool vibe of the place. The manager at southwood townhomes was amazing! We have substandard credit, but she worked with us tirelessly for several days to get us set up in our new home! The only issue we ran into was needing a higher deposit for the townhome. She even dealt with a landlord that hung up on her. She has an amazing sense of humor and I will definitely continue to enjoy this townhouse for as long as we can! May even see if we can get a 3 bedroom in the future so we can continue to do business with them. For now our two bedroom unit is a... read more
Nice sized place for this area. They're typically easygoing if you're responsible and communicate well. They can be flexible if need be and are willing to listen to any issues you have. The management has done a lot of work to keep the neighborhood upstanding with a friendly atmosphere. I've lived here for years. You also can't undervalue the nearby park that connects via the bridge to the river, all within 5 minutes walk. The tunnels cool too. There's so much I can say...
Four stars just for the maintenance, Gabe. He is amazing! Lost one star due to the nosy noisy neighbors who complain about a dog barking when I could hear them scream, barbecue late at night and have absolutely no awareness of noise. They could simply shut their windows and mind their business. Like what we have done several times 🤷♀️ We have minded our business several times by shutting the window, especially when there was a strong smell of cigarettes from previous tenants floating to our unit from the vents.
