Let’s see I left the first review over 1 month ago. I got a response but nothing has changed. I know this maintenance supervisor is still the only guy and on call 24/7 with nobody to give him a break as he is the only guy who does EVERYTHING when it comes to the maintenance (hands on- plumbing, electrical, hvac and repairs. I know they offer a townhouse as an incentive but they give it to the leasing agent(that I never heard of before but I guess the manager is her friend so that’s why) . They need to hire another maintenance person. They have 2 for the office and I’m not sure if they realize that only 1 guy to fix everything and then be on call 24-7 is fair labor laws. He doesn’t get a break and is always exhausted.

Pooja was seriously amazing during the townhouse tour! She really made sure our move-in was super smooth and comfy. The well-kept grounds, along with the super friendly groundskeeper, totally added to the cool vibe of the place. It's been awesome living here with the chill, clean surroundings, and the welcoming atmosphere making it a cozy spot to be in. The manager at southwood townhomes was amazing! We have substandard credit, but she worked with us tirelessly for several days to get us set up in our new home! The only issue we ran into was needing a higher deposit for the townhome. She even dealt with a landlord that hung up on her. She has an amazing sense of humor and I will definitely continue to enjoy this townhouse for as long as we can! May even see if we can get a 3 bedroom in the future so we can continue to do business with them. For now our two bedroom unit is a... read more
