When applying I met all requirements but the credit. Staff was extremely unhelpful, refused to accept a higher deposit or provide any assistance. Their guarantor requirements are honestly shocking, 4 times the amount of rent per month….like really? I legit gotta know some one who makes over $8,000 per month with good credit? Like I’m legit an only child with no family to ask for help and they just entirely stopped communicating with me after the denial letter came through. Tried to connect with the management team several times in the past week, the leasing office never answers the phone, voicemails have been left with no follow up and same thing with emails. Honestly, the terrible communication has made me apply to live in another townhome complex. I can only imagine how much worse the communication gets once you actually sign a lease with at this place.
Elias Leal does an EXCELLENT job fixing things when needed and is a respectable person. I am glad he’s around to help with any maintenance issues! Good job!!! 😀 Since his departure the service is HORRIBLE!!! The management does not care how the property looks, people park wherever without any consequences to parking in others’ space, garbage is ALWAYS PILED UP!!!!!! Bottom line is management does not give a warm and fuzzy to want to stay here.

I had a wonderful experience during my apartment tour. The employee, Roberta, who assisted me was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. They were very knowledgeable about the property and took the time to explain all details without rushing. Excellent customer service—thank you!
