Do yourself a favour and look at the previous poor review from other people. I’ve had the exact same experience as them. Very dishonest and untrustworthy sales people and store owner/manager. Agreed to refund us for a mattress we were given the wrong info about by a staff member they let go. Their mistake is that it was in writing. They didn’t honour their words. Will be informing all social media channels.

We love Southwood - the service, the products are just wonderful. The staff go out their way to help - it is a joy to shop there and a joy to enjoy our new furniture at home.
After back and forth emails for 6 months regarding a sofa fabric that faded dramatically in no direct sunlight and hardly any use, within the first 6 months, Southwood home failed to rectify the matter or even offer any compensation which we were appalled by after spending close to $20k in their store. We are truely un happy as we’re left with a sofa that’s worth $7000 that looks like a $70 sofa. After this experience I do know recommended Southwood home as they left us in the dark and stopped replying to emails.
Beautiful selection of furniture with amazing staff who are friendly and considerate.
